Detection and solution: Use a dial to measure the insulation strength of the phone, the insulation strength is less than 200M, can not be used, must be replaced with a new transducer. Because the internal ceramics of the transducer will also be broken due to long-term use and cannot work normally.
3. The power tube is damaged
Analysis and judgment: The power tube on the main board will be short-circuited because the machine will be used uninterrupted for a long time, or the cleaning liquid will be used too little for a long time.
Detection and solution: When the power tube is connected on the main board, use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power tube. Under normal circumstances, the resistance value should be about 22. After taking down the power tube (disconnected from the main board), the measurement between the pins should be blocked.
4. The voltage regulator is damaged
Analysis and judgment: The damage of the voltage regulator tube is generally caused by startup after the resistance value of the power tube is small or short circuit, and it is rarely damaged.
Detection and solution: According to the characteristics of the diode, the forward guide is on, the reverse end is on. Measured with a multimeter diode, the forward resistance is about 70, and the reverse ∞. If the numerical deviation is too large or the positive resistance value is also ∞, replace the new voltage regulator.
5. Bridge damage (diode rectifier circuit)

7. Damage of inductance and isolation transformer
Analysis and judgment: Because the machine works for a long time, the inductor and transformer are heat dissipating components, which may melt and burn due to high temperature, resulting in short circuit.
Detection and solution: the damage of inductors and transformers, in most cases, the trace of burning can be seen intuitively, and the replacement of new devices.
