Aluminium fixtures are under inspection processing by CMM, with 4um high accuracy.
We produce parts in challenging geometries from all machinable materials, with 20 years experience, and especially good at producing parts in matched sets, such as base and top.
Materials suitable for aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel 303/304/316, #45 steel, high-carbon steel, nylon, POM, epoxy resin,PE, Delrin etc.

Surface treatments are available for Polishing, passivation, black anodize, zinc plating, nickel plating, powder coating, e-coating,chrome.
